• SimLab에서는 Engine의  Valve Seat 변형 형상에 대해 다음과 같이 Polar 타입의 Plot으로 확인이 가능합니다.  (파란원 : 초기형상, 빨간원 : 변형형상)Valve_Distortion
  • 메뉴 위치 : Results | Distortion | Valve Seat

  • Intake, Exhaust Valve Seat 각각 2개씩 선택을 합니다.

  • radial(X축) 및 tangential direction(Y축)을 통해 Valve Seat 변형을 측정 기준축을 지정합니다.

  • 측정 기준축을 설정하면 각 Valve Seat 별로 로컬 시스템이 자동 생성됩니다.

  • Distortion 타입으로는 현재 아래와 같이 지원하고 있습니다.
    1. Original
    2. True distortion – Expansion and Eccentricity removed
    3. True distortion – Eccentricity removed
  • Scale graph by : Plot 상의 변형 Scale을 조절하는 옵션
  • Scale distortion for export : csv 파일로 export 시, 변형값에 대한 스케일 설정 옵션
